Since becoming vegetarian in 2017, I connected with the medicine of food and realised the healing benefits of nutritious food and the therapeutic side of my cooking.

My cooking is tailored to each client and their dietary requirements ensuring that I create nourishing and well balanced meals. 

I would like to share with you how important food is to our bodies and how this can impact your life, physically but more importantly mentally. Food is medicine and throughout my journey I have discovered how to make simple diet choices to fit into my daily routine.
