Chocolate Orange & Almond Bark

Ingredients:

300g 70% dark chocolate

50g blanched almonds, roasted 

1 orange, zested

Makes 1 tray (20cm by 15cm)

1.Heat your oven to 180 degrees C & roasted the almonds for 5-7 minutes.

2. Melt the chocolate slowly on the hob or in a microwave.

3. Roughly chop up the almonds.

4. Place the chocolate in a lined deep roasting tin, add the chopped almonds & orange zest and give it a mix. Place in the freezer for 1 hour and then roughly chop up the chocolate and leave in the fridge.
