Overnight Oats 

 

Ingredients:

50g gluten free rolled oats

2 tbsp natural yoghurt

100ml oat milk

1 tsp of vanilla extract

Toppings of your choice.

 

Serves 1

1.You will need to do prepare the overnight oats at least 12 hours before they are ready to be eaten. Put all your ingredients into a bowl and mix together. If you don’t think the consistency is right then add some more milk as the consistency should be quite gloopy.

 

2. Place your overnight oats into a container and leave in the fridge overnight.

 

3.Choose any toppings that you would like. I have used a berry & chia seed compote, some puffed quinoa granola and some peanut butter.
